We have been in the business for over 40 years and within those 40 years we have completed numerous beautiful projects, varying in all scopes of construction/roofing work. We take great pride in our quality of work and take our time with every job to ensure the best outcome. We also provide highly competitive pricing, maintaining a fair price to all customers for the work being completed. We are very communicative with our customers keeping them informed and comfortable throughout the process. We just really want you to be happy, especially because its YOUR HOME!

We have completed countless projects in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. We typically work in Wellington, Royal Palm, Loxahatchee, West Palm Beach, and surrounding cities. We do work as far north as Palm Beach Gardens and as south as North Fort Lauderdale.

Pinewood construction offers different warranties depending on the type of work being completed. Re-roofing jobs come with a company warranty as well as a manufacturer warranty.

We do not currently offer financing.

We are licensed in the state of Florida as a general contractor as well as a roofing contractor. Through Palm Beach County we have an occupational license as well; We are bonded as well as provide workman's compensation and liability insurance.

To be honest, it really varies with every job. For bigger projects, we provide you with an estimate and give you a range of time, however, due to possible unforeseen circumstances, it is NOT guaranteed. Smaller projects are easier to give a time frame.
